Covering an area of 150,000 square meters, Hefei Carbon Co., Ltd. specializes in manufacturing graphite electrodes and various shaped graphite products. Our annual graphite electrode production capacity reaches 20,000 tons. Sixty percent of our products are high power and ultra high power graphite electrodes. Our main equipment include a 35MN with rotation feed bins, a high pressure impregnation system, eight Acheson graphitizing furnaces, ten LWG furnaces, three digital controlled electrode production lines and two nipple production lines. Furthermore, we have a quality control system to inspect semi-manufactured electrodes, finished electrodes and nipples. Hence, our company has acquired the ISO9001 certificate.
